Out & Equal's LGBTCareerLink.com links diversity-friendly employers with top LGBT talent. The LGBT and allied workforce needed their own professional networking site. Employers asked us for a direct recruiting route to the LGBT Workforce. Launched in November, 2008, LGBTCareerLink is already surpassing benchmarks for websites of our size and recency. Visitors in the first month came from as far away as India and spent more time, looking at more pages, than existing benchmarks.

Membership is free to LGBT and allied career builders.
