About Us

Coca-Cola Enterprises’ growing product portfolio includes the world’s greatest brands and beverages. We deliver them to the right place at the right moment with the industry’s most effective marketplace execution. We are the largest nonalcoholic bottler in the world, and our total volume represents 16 percent of The Coca-Cola Company’s total global volume. We also distribute Dr Pepper and other notable brands.

While sparkling soft drinks represent our heritage, our portfolio now encompasses a full range of beverage categories, including energy drinks, still and sparkling waters, juices, sports drinks, fruit drinks, coffee-based beverages and teas.

First listed on the New York Stock Exchange in 1986 (NYSE: CCE), our roots go back to the birth of the Coca-Cola bottling business in the 19th century. Today, we serve a population of 421 million, representing approximately 80 percent of the people in North America and the entire populations of Belgium, continental France, Great Britain, Luxembourg, Monaco and the Netherlands.

Our reach is international, yet our focus remains with the communities in which we operate. We strive to be an outstanding local and corporate citizen and work in partnership with our constituents at every level.

CEO Message

Our goal is to maintain a culture where diversity is valued, every employee is a respected member of the team, and our workforce is a reflection of the communities in which we operate. To maintain and improve this culture, we have implemented new recruiting efforts, such as the University Talent Program, diversity and career development training, and policies that create an environment that is fair and safe for employees.

At CCE, we have also established employee resource groups that represent communities within our workforce. These voluntary groups meet regularly to discuss common business-related topics, and they are developing relationships with diverse suppliers, customers, consumers and communities. We have also established Business Unit and Country Diversity Councils that support diversity and inclusion while driving local implementation.
