Overview:

This site from the University of Pennsylvania covers issues faced by LGBT people in the workplace.  It acknowledges that there are no hard and fast rules.  Unfortunately the information in some of the links has not been checked for currency.  For example the Federal Globe website has not been updated since 2009.  Still there are some really good LGBT links.  Also there are some good links about general job related issues along the left bar. Check out this site.
