Is it better working for an LGBT-friendly company ?

Overview:

Out & Equal needs YOU. We are doing a feature story about what it is like to work for a non-LGBT friendly company vs. working for an LGBT supportive company such as the companies who are actively recruitng LGBT employees on this site. If you have anything to say about this, please volunteer to be interviewed for the story. If you want anonymity, you do not have to mention any companies by name. The purpose of the story is to let people know how great it can be to obtain employment with a company like our sponsors who support LGBT employees and seek to recruit them for important jobs from entry level to exec.
