My passion and ability to succeed have been proven with the success of Marriage Equality NY and my devotion to the LGBTQ community.

I have worked with tiny budgets to create important change and generate new funding from traditional & non-traditional sources. Created and managed campaigns using social media & earned traditional media that sparked interest in the organizations mission resulting in the passage of the Marriage Equality Act for NYS. I do this work to create positive change, so I am great at identifying and creating partnerships that share the organization's missions & goals. In addition, I bring to the table 8 years of experience in for-profit marketing coupled with being in Baurch's MPA Program, which culminates into a firm foundation for further growth as a non-profit leader.
