My responsibilities ranged from being the first point of contact by answering the phone and responding to client’s email; preparing estimates & quotes; creating and updating client contact/marketing lists; tracking and following up on client jobs and requests; maintaining all equipment and the cleanliness of the office; preparing image copyright registration; scheduling projects and maintaining the master calendar; preparing RFP requests.

Responsible for all A/R and A/P duties; reconciled financial accounts; reported payroll; made bank deposits; produced financial reports; filed and archived year-end invoices and business documents; coordinated quarterly visits with CPA to review company status and to ensure the company records were on track.
