About Me

My resume will show my dynamic skills and diverse experiences with business management, public relations, advertising, marketing, web design and development, and social media communications strategies.

I have several years experience working with companies in various industries, including teaching higher education classes in journalism, public relations, and boardcast communications, specifically, with a focus on web technologies and digital communications.

I have coordinated regional, national, and international marketing communication campaigns that have driven measurable results and increased revenues.  I am an accomplished speaker/lecturer in the area of digital communications and have written articles and case studies on various topics.  I have worked with companies to help them create and maintain a digital presence on the web and using social media tools.  I have knowledge of various web technologies from HTML and CSS to more complicated like FBML and Wiki languages.  I’m also familiar with several content management systems like WorldNow, VMix, Interwoven Teamsite, and Ektron CMS.

I recently finished my Master’s Degree in Management from Keuka College.  As part of my degree requirements, I have conducted scholarly research and mentored undergraduate students.  The research and knowledge I have gained from this could also be an asset for this position.

In addition to may work, I am also very active in the Syracuse community.  I have volunteered for many organizations over the years sharing my expertise and knowledge.  Most recently, I helped create a strategic marketing plan for Huntington Family Centers and garnered national media coverage as Vice President of the board of directors for CNY Pride.
