About Me
In previous job experience, I have provided administrative services to department executives, including but not limited to preparing written/verbal information to internal and external parties, calendaring/travel coordination, file and database management, processing documentation, reconciling and maintaining spreadsheets and other required assignments, invoicing and other general administrative duties. As a manager in retail stores for over 4 years, I have had oversight of several employees and acted as a hiring authority for the company, scheduling and conducting interviews for vacant positions. I have a strong background in customer service and leading teams in projects and assignments. I possess strong verbal and written communication skills, as well as technical skills (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite, Access data bases, etc.). I am well organized, dependable, time-efficient and motivated. I have the ability to manage multiple assignments, prioritize and meet deadlines. I have a passion for learning and can retain and utilize new information and training very quickly.
My Interests
I am a Social Work student that is passionate about obtaining a career that allows me to provide assistance and services to various and diverse client populations in need.
