My Interests
I would like to utilize my instructional design skills to create courses that are based in analysis of need, required objectives, content, learner needs, budget, required outcomes and return on investment. I would also like to have impact on the facilitation piece and train the trainer tasks. I appreciate variety by drawing my skills as both an ID professional and a facilitator.
