I joined RE/MAX real estate in 2002 after moving to Kauai. That same year I became known as the Top Producer following Robert T Kiyosaki's "Rich Dad Poor Dad" book. After that, I was listed in to Top 50 Top-Producers worldwide for RE/MAX and Platinum Sales Associate. Since my main focus was on helping investors purchase cash flow properties, I became known as the "Cash Flow King" in 2004. In 2005, I moved from Kauai to Kapaa, Hawaii, where I opened my own offices for All Star Realty Inc., and my own brokerage, and All Star Lending Inc. A year later, I purchased Prudential Franchise. I transformed All Star Realty Inc. to Prudential All Star Realty. I own and lease 14 of my own rental units and am an avid Real Estate Investor. Kauai realty
